Workshop Description
Project acceptance really depends on the full delivery of the customer’s needs. Managing the customer effectively is a key to success. A project manager needs to play different consulting roles in projects. It is always difficult to unhide customer’s needs and develop a corresponding solution. It requires a systematic way to build relationship with customer and then to achieve a win-win result. Nobody wants to deal with service professionals to whom he or she dislikes.
This is a 1-day workshop which aims to help project managers become a preferred partner of customers. If so, customers become more open, willing to set higher priority in your projects and share their needs with you. Teaming with customers is certainly a key to success. The consultative approach can be applied in a project environment to internal or external parties.
