Workshop Description
Changes are unavoidable in an ever-changing market, which resulted in change of corporate strategy, organization, role & responsibility, processes and finally company’s product or service to customer.
Before customer is satisfied, staffs must be satisfied first. It is because only happy staff can make customer happy. It is always manager’s challenge to manage change “before”, “during” and “after” while keeping customer and employee satisfaction. Changes evolve to different kinds and sizes of projects. Project Manager is also the People Manager to lead and influence stakeholders in order to make projects successful.
Without any doubts, manager is smart enough to prepare a plan to manage changes. Unfortunately, every plan is just a piece of paper which requires people to implement accordingly. It’s more effective to allow stakeholders to implement their own parts based on their expertise at frontline. How good you lead people determines how good the result will be. Fast moving organization is always the winner among market players. This is a 1-day workshop which aims to help project managers become an ambassador who can group people across organizations to meet challenges via initiating new projects.
