It is based on the principles of Agile development and is focused on creating an environment of trust, collaboration, and collaboration to enable teams to work more efficiently and effectively. The mindset promotes a positive culture and empowers team members to reach their goals by understanding team dynamics, communication strategies, and motivating and engaging team members. The ever-changing collection of games, tools, and practices includes methods for leader and facilitator training, managing organizational change, introducing new practices and processes, and developing effective leadership skills. All in all, Management 3.0 is an invaluable resource for any leader or facilitator looking to take their meeting processes and organizational systems to the next level.

Meet Martie from Management 3.0

Martie is the vibrant and colorful mascot of Management 3.0, representing the six key views essential to effective management:

  • Energize People: People are the most important parts of an organization and managers must do all they can to keep people active, creative, and motivated.
  • Empower Teams: Teams can self-organize, and this requires empowerment, authorization, and trust from management.
  • Align Constraints: Self-organization can lead to anything, and it’s therefore necessary to protect people and shared resources and to give a clear purpose and defined goals.
  • Develop Competencies: Teams cannot achieve their goals if team members aren’t capable enough, and managers must therefore contribute to the development of competence. 
  • Grow Structure: Many teams operate within the context of a complex organization, and thus it is important to consider structures that enhance communication.
  • Improve Everything: People, teams, and organizations need to improve continuously to defer failure for as long as possible.

New Industrialisation and Technology Training Programme (NITTP) aims at subsidising local companies on a 2:1 matching basis to train their staff in advanced technologies, especially those related to “New Industrialisation”. For details: https://nittp.vtc.edu.hk

Following the initiatives announced in “The Chief Executive’s 2023 Policy Address” on 25 October 2023, please be informed that the “Reindustrialisation and Technology Training Programme” (RTTP) has been retitled to “New Industrialisation and Technology Training Programme” (NITTP).

Companies should submit their applications for training grant to the NITTP Secretariat with supporting documents via the online system (https://nittp.vtc.edu.hk/) at least 5 weeks before course commencement.
