The ITIL® 4 Specialist Create, Deliver, and Support module delves into the foundational service management activities, extending the existing boundaries of ITIL® to encompass the creation of services. This module centers on the harmonious integration of various value streams and activities to generate, deliver, and support IT-enabled products and services. It also encompasses pertinent supporting practices, methodologies, and tools.
The “Create, Deliver, and Support” module imparts to IT practitioners a comprehension of service quality and improvement techniques. This knowledge empowers them to consistently provide innovative and dependable tech-enabled services to their customers in an ever more competitive market.
Geared towards individuals progressing in their service management journey, ITSM managers, and practitioners overseeing the operations of IT-enabled and digital products and services, the ITIL® 4 Specialist Create, Deliver, and Support module is tailored for those responsible for end-to-end delivery. Additionally, it serves as a valuable resource for individuals holding existing ITIL® qualifications seeking to enhance and update their knowledge.
The primary objective of the ITIL® 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver, and Support is to address cultural and team management aspects in product and service management, provide an overview of tools and technologies supporting service management, and illustrate the integration of management practices into end-to-end value streams.

Starting 2023, all PeopleCert Global Best Practice certifications will need to be renewed after 3 years.
There are three pathways to renew the certificate:
1) Retake the same exam: You can choose to renew your certification by re-taking and passing your original exam. The renew by date for your certification will then be extended for three years. Or
2) Attend another ITIL® certification workshop and get certified: You can choose to renew your certification by attending another workshops and passing an exam within the same Product Suite. The renew by date for all of your certifications within that Product Suite will be extended for three years. Or
3) Collect and log CPD points: An active MyAxelos subscription is required. For each Product Suite, you will need to submit at least 20 CPD points each year, across different CPD categories, for 3 years consecutively. At the end of this period, the certification renew by date will then be extended by 3 years, and the cycle will repeat. More information on the CPD pathway can be found here.
