This Innovation Workshop is designed to introduce the fundamental of innovation. The learners will understand the overall journey of innovation by understanding the three phases of innovation project work. Creativity method will be introduced which is crucial to innovative thinking. We will also explore the lean startup model to understand how a startup innovate ideas and establish to its fullest.
