工作坊描述
Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP) is a hands-on program especially designed to help participants understand the basics of the Kanban method and how to implement Kanban at a team level. It serves as an entry level course for the participants who are enthusiastic to gain knowledge in Kanban. A program that helps you be a good “Kanban Citizen”. At the end of the 1 day program, participants will be able to design a Team Kanban Board and walk away with a fair understanding of the Kanban method.

Kanban is for everyone! Kanban works across the organization, from executives to senior members of staff looking to adopt Lean Management to members of delivery teams willing to improve their working practices.

Learn the Six General Practices of the Kanban Method
- Visualize – Show work and its flow.
- Limit Work in Progress – Stop starting, start finishing!
- Manage Flow – Identify and manage what is preventing work from flowing.
- Make policies explicit – Have agreed policies, visible to everyone involved.
- Establish Feedback loops – At the right cadence to provide guidance.
- Improve collaboratively, evolve experimentally – Using the scientific method.

- Understand the basics, motivation, and benefits of the Kanban Method for your team.
- Experience the benefit of WIP limits to improve flow.
- Learn how to run Kanban meetings to focus on the work and allow the team to organize around it.
- Learn how to proceed to the next level with Kanban and apply the first practices in your day-to-day work.
- Become faster and more responsive, with better risk management and governance.
- Understand “Pull” systems and how they help reduce overburdening.
- Learn how to track System Lead Time to build and utilize Lead Time distributions.
先決條件
No previous knowledge of Kanban is required. Anyone who is involved in Knowledge/IT work may participate and gain from the sessions.

- Attendees may be eligible to apply for 7 PDUs toward their continuing education requirements with the Project Management Institute (PMI) for PMP®, PgMP®, and PMI-ACP® certifications.
Certification
Participants will receive a certificate of completion for TKP program from Kanban University (KU) as well as lifetime membership of Kanban University that allows you to get listed in the Kanban University Alumni directory.

Kanban University which was founded in 2010 by David J Anderson and a group of trusted Kanban enthusiasts, some of whom are still Accredited Kanban Consultants and Trainers today, is the proud “Home” of the Kanban Method! The Kanban Method as taught in the Kanban University curriculum is based on Kanban: Successful Evolutionary Change for Your Technology Business, by David J Anderson. With the motivation to manage and improve professional service businesses as well as providing humane change method, the roots of the method are found in Lean Manufacturing. However, Kanban is meant to be used to manage knowledge work resulting in intangible and virtual goods and services.
