Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP) is a hands-on program especially designed to help participants understand the basics of the Kanban method and how to implement Kanban at a team level. It serves as an entry level course for the participants who are enthusiastic to gain knowledge in Kanban. A program that helps you be a good “Kanban Citizen”. At the end of the 1 day program, participants will be able to design a Team Kanban Board and walk away with a fair understanding of the Kanban method.
Kanban is for everyone! Kanban works across the organization, from executives to senior members of staff looking to adopt Lean Management to members of delivery teams willing to improve their working practices.
Learn the Six General Practices of the Kanban Method
Learn the Three Change Management Principles
No previous knowledge of Kanban is required. Anyone who is involved in Knowledge/IT work may participate and gain from the sessions.
Professional Development Units (PDUs)
Participants will receive a certificate of completion for TKP program from Kanban University (KU) as well as lifetime membership of Kanban University that allows you to get listed in the Kanban University Alumni directory.
These workshops are NITTP-eligible.

Following the initiatives announced in “The Chief Executive’s 2023 Policy Address” on 25 October 2023, please be informed that the “Reindustrialisation and Technology Training Programme” (RTTP) has been retitled to “New Industrialisation and Technology Training Programme” (NITTP).
Companies should submit their NITTP training grant application for their employee(s) via https://rttp.vtc.edu.hk/rttp/login at least two weeks before course commencement. Alternatively, application form could be submitted by email to rttp@vtc.edu.hk along with supporting documents.

However, Kanban is meant to be used to manage knowledge work resulting in intangible and virtual goods and services.
