The Professional Scrum Master™ (PSM I) workshop is a hands-on learning experience. It helps people understand Professional Scrum and what a Scrum Master does.
In this two-day workshop, learners get to learn about Agile and Scrum in an easier way. They learn how to use Scrum to help their teams and organizations work better.
The workshop mixes teaching with activities where learners work in teams. Professional Scrum Trainers, who are also experienced Scrum Masters, share their own stories and use their training skills to teach in their own special way. This makes learning fun and interesting. Students really understand Scrum theory, what Scrum Masters do, and why each part of Scrum is important.
After the workshop, learners know more about Professional Scrum, the agile way of thinking, and how to deal with common wrong ideas and problems that stop progress. They also learn how to pick and use the right methods and tricks for their Scrum Teams.
The workshop includes a free attempt at the globally recognized Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification exam. This certification is known all around the world and shows you’re skilled in this area. It’s a big achievement for your career.
