Design Thinking Foundation workshop in a Securities Company

Last Friday, we have delivered a Design Thinking Foundation workshop to 30 management trainees in a Securities Company. The one-day workshop consists of case studies, interactive quizzes, role play and group activities which bring lots of fun to the class. The workshop consists of 2 big parts including introduction to Design Thinking and the Integration of Design Thinking and Customer Centricity, they comprise the Human Centric Design, Design Thinking Process and Design Method, etc., which are the core to implement design thinking for innovation, several design methods are introduced and innovation game like “How to make toast” is included.
