Project Manager always struggle around time, resources, and scope in a project. It is even more stressful when a Program Manager manages multiple projects in a Project Management Office environment. However, a good company must have multiple projects running while a smart project manager may manage more than a project on hand. How nice if we can prioritize those project items and leverage resources among projects?

A successful project becomes a model which can light up subsequent projects as well. With positive thinking, running multiple projects can make the organization more successful because:

  • resources can be effectively deployed across departments;
  • lessons learnt can be applied in other projects and
  • the self-developed general practices becomes an important asset to the whole company.
