Workshop Activities:

• Ice-Breaking: Begin the workshop with interactive ice-breaking activities designed to break down barriers and create a positive and open atmosphere among participants. These activities will encourage interaction and set the stage for a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Managing Interpersonal Relationships: Learn how to discover the communication styles of others and effectively communicate among colleagues and clients. Through interactive exercises and role-playing scenarios, you will develop a better understanding of different communication preferences and gain strategies for building strong relationships.
• Grouping: Participants will be divided into teams to encourage collaboration and foster a sense of unity. Working together towards a common goal will enable team members to practice effective communication, problem-solving, and cooperation.

Activity Options:

• Option 1 – Crocodile Pit: Teams are divided and challenged to cross a simulated crocodile pit to escape from the fortress. Some team members will have handicaps that require assistance and support from their teammates. This activity promotes teamwork, trust-building, and effective communication under pressure.
• Option 2 – Racing Wheel: Teams are divided and tasked with building large wheels for racing. Once constructed, the wheels will serve as both protection and transportation as teams race to the finishing line. This activity encourages creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration.
• Option 3 – The Portal: Teams are divided and compete to navigate through a series of portals to save themselves. Similar to the previous options, some team members will face handicaps and will need assistance from their teammates to successfully navigate through the portals. This activity emphasizes teamwork, trust, and effective communication in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
