Disciplined Agile® Senior Scrum Master (DASSM) is a 2-day instructorled agile workshop for experienced agile practitioners. This workshop will teach you how to use the Disciplined Agile® (DA) tool kit to optimize how teams work, work with allies within your organization, and solve various advanced agile delivery team problems. The workshop combines the Disciplined Agile® Mindset with pragmatic decision-making that accelerates your ability to take on more complex initiatives and tailor your way of working (WoW) to achieve agile success in any situation.

先决条件
- Two years of experience working in an agile team, ideally in a leadership role such as Disciplined Agile® Scrum Master, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Architecture Owner.
- Understanding of thefundamentals of the DA® tool kit by having done one or more of the following:
- Attended the Disciplined Agile® Scrum Master (DASM) workshop
- Participated in the Basics of Disciplined Agile® online workshop
- Read section 1, or more, of Choose Your WoW
Certification Information
- Your exam fee is included with the workshop, and information on scheduling your exam is provided by PMI® approximately 2 business days after the workshop.
- You have 30 days to take the exam online after your training is complete. PMI® will send you an email confirming your test is available.
- Certification is granted after you pass the exam.
- 14 PDUs.
