This workshop serves as a condensed version of our ICAgile certified two-day Agile Fundamentals workshop, although it does not include certification. It focuses on teaching the mindset, tools, and techniques necessary for individuals to become productive contributors in a business that is adopting agile ways of working.

Delivered by experienced trainers with extensive backgrounds in business, operations, and IT, this immersive and hands-on workshop encourages participants to apply theory to practical activities throughout the training.
