As part of our Advanced Facilitator Series, this SAFe Micro-credentials course offers a streamlined and convenient way for participants to become proficient in facilitating the Value Stream Workshop. The Advanced Facilitator: Value Stream Mapping micro-credential course equips participants with the skills and confidence needed to lead Value Stream Workshops effectively. Through a live session with industry experts and peers, participants will engage in practical exercises and real-world scenarios, gaining the necessary tools and resources to facilitate VSM workshops. Upon completion, participants will earn a SAFe Micro-credential certification, showcasing their competency in this critical area.

- Duration: 5 hours, including 1 hour elearning + 4 hours remote live instructor-led interactive training
- Required Pre-work: A self-directed e-learning that must be completed before the live session
