Organizational Transformation: Implementation is the second course in the OT Series, providing a comprehensive framework for executing transformation initiatives. This intermediate course delves into the driving forces behind significant changes through projects and strategy, introducing transformation domains, types, and trajectories. Learners will engage with in-depth scenarios and real-world experiences to solidify their understanding.

In the Implementation course, you will:

• Understand Frameworks: Identify and describe the frameworks of domains and types that define your business’s transformation strategy.
• Assess Readiness: Learn the tools and practices that help assess your organization’s readiness for transformation.
• Recognize Leadership: Identify and describe strong leadership characteristics essential for successful transformation.
• Activate Transformation: Understand how to activate your transformation by tailoring the five building blocks according to the transformation stage (inspire, mobilize, or shift).
• Explore Touchstones: Describe the five touchstones of ongoing transformation, including their principles, processes, pitfalls, and practices.

How it Works:

• Direct Access: Your elearning course will be available in your PMI account Library.
• Earn PDUs: Upon completing the course, you will automatically earn 10 PDUs.
• Unlock Your Exam: You will unlock your exam, with three attempts available within 180 days.
• Retake Policy: If you do not pass the exam within 180 days or in your three attempts, there is a 45-day waiting period before you can purchase another attempt.
• Receive Your Badge: You’ll receive your badge within three days after passing the exam.
