Learning Outcomes

Define the characteristics of authentic leadership and provide examples of these characteristics in practice.
Explain the impact of leading authentically on yourself, individuals, teams, and organizations.
Identify your personal purpose and values. Explore how your purpose and values currently show up in your leadership and where you might be in misalignment to leading authentically.
Develop a vision of yourself as an authentic leader in alignment with your purpose and values. Create a personal action plan to increase your capacity to lead authentically.

Foundational knowledge of agile principles, values, and mindset. Agile coaching experience is recommended.
