How Take2 Re-sit Exam Works?

If your initial exam result is unsuccessful, your Take2 voucher automatically activates. You will receive an official email from PeopleCert with step-by-step instructions. From there, you can schedule an online-proctored re-sit from your home or office at your convenience. Just ensure you take the exam within 6 months of your initial test date.

Important Notes:

Eligibility: Valid only for PeopleCert online-proctored exams (ITIL®, PRINCE2®, or DevOps). Take2 must be purchased before you take your initial exam. It cannot be added after a failed result
Activation: The voucher only activates if your initial exam receives a “Fail” result. It is strictly exam-specific and cannot be transferred to a different certification
Deadlines: You must schedule and completely sit your re-sit exam within 6 months of your initial exam date
