The Kanban System Design (KMP 1) program offers an in-depth and easy approach for participants to learn the application of Kanban methodology in all areas of an organization. At the end of the 2 day program, participants will be able to design a new Kanban system or improve existing ones by explicitly defining policies, reducing bottlenecks and identifying areas of improvement.
Kanban is for everyone! Kanban works acrossthe organization, from executives to senior members of staff looking to adopt Lean Management to members of delivery teams willing to improve their working practices.
The workshop follows the official KU Certified Kanban syllabus. During the two days you will have ample opportunities to discuss and experience the following topics:
No previous knowledge of Kanban is required for KMP 1. Anyone who is involved in Knowledge/IT work may participate and gain from the sessions.

Participants will receive a certificate of completion from Kanban University (KU) as well as lifetime membership of Kanban University that allows you to get listed in the Kanban University Alumni directory.
