Agile fundamentals (ICP) is an industry-recognized credential that demonstrates an understanding of the agile mindset, values, principles, and foundational concepts. Professionals are grounded in what it means to “be agile while doing agile” and achieve organizational agility without specific focus on any single agile methodology or framework (i.e., Scrum, Kanban, XP, DSDM, SAFe, etc.)

Audience

This agile certification is a gateway to ICAgile’s product and technical certifications. It is intended for product development and delivery practitioners who are new to agility and interested in developing an agile mindset. Those already holding the Business Agility Foundations (ICP-BAF) credential may find this course compelling if they are on a journey towards agility in a software development context.

Following the initiatives announced in “The Chief Executive’s 2023 Policy Address” on 25 October 2023, please be informed that the “Reindustrialisation and Technology Training Programme” (RTTP) has been retitled to “New Industrialisation and Technology Training Programme” (NITTP).

Companies should submit their applications for training grant to the NITTP Secretariat with supporting documents via the online system (https://nittp.vtc.edu.hk/) at least 5 weeks before course commencement.
