Workshop Description
Disciplined Agile® Scrum Master (DASM) is a 2-day instructor-led workshop that teaches you how to use Disciplined Agile® (DA) to improve your way of working and deliver results for your organization.
You will become familiar with foundational agile and lean practices, and the DA® tool kit—a comprehensive library of practices and strategies with fit-for-context advice on the advantages and disadvantages of each—to solve your delivery challenges.
Disciplined Agile frees you from any single agile framework or approach by introducing you to over 1,000 proven practices from frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe®, XP, and many more.

Prerequisites
- The DASM® workshop is open to anyone; however, it is particularly relevant to students with a background in agile and Scrum.
- If you do not have an agile background, we suggest you read the 14-page Scrum Guide written by Jeff Sutherland and Ken Schwaber before attending the workshop.
Certification Information
- Your exam fee is included with the workshop, and information on scheduling your exam is provided by PMI® approximately 2 business days after the workshop.
- You have 30 days to take the exam online after your training is complete. PMI® will send you an email confirming your test is available.
- Certification is granted after you pass the exam.
- 14 PDUs.
