Digital Project Management

Digital Project Management workshop provides a practical foundation for managing digital projects effectively. The course begins by establishing the fundamentals—defining digital project management, clarifying the project owner’s role and responsibilities, and explaining its strategic importance. 

Participants will explore two key project management approaches—Agile and Waterfall—learning their definitions, frameworks, and when to apply each. Emphasis is placed on real-world application, with practical tools and techniques introduced, such as Agile Scrum and Kanban. The workshop then guides attendees through the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and stakeholder buy-in to risk management and delivery. 

A major focus is on building actionable skills: creating project plans, gathering user requirements, managing vendors, etc. The training avoids overly theoretical content, concentrating instead on how to implement methods in real scenarios. Learners will apply concepts to their own projects, using templates and best practices to strengthen their ability to lead digital initiatives with confidence and clarity.
