PRINCE2® (Projects in Controlled Environments) is a process-based methodology that provides the essentials for project management. It is widely used internationally and is the de-facto project management standard for public projects in the UK and it is also very widely used in Hong Kong.

The PRINCE2® 7 Foundation is designed to introduce the PRINCE2® method, providing sufficient knowledge and understanding to work effectively within a PRINCE2® supporting environment. The Foundation certification is also a pre-requisite for the Practitioner certification.
