The Kanban System Design (KMP 1) program offers an in-depth and easy approach for participants to learn the application of Kanban methodology in all areas of an organization. At the end of the 2 day program, participants will be able to design a new Kanban system or improve existing ones by explicitly defining policies, reducing bottlenecks and identifying areas of improvement.
Kanban is a set of values, practices and principles that bring the benefits of Lean theory to organizations. Benefits include :
