Paul has over 30+ years of technology working experience in various positions from application development, infrastructure technology, portfolio, program & project management, service management, security & risk management, leadership coaching, innovation design thinking facilitation, employment engagement & HR people operations, and agile & digital transformation. He has worked for both financial, manufacturing and retail industries for multi-national companies, two are components of the Dow Jones Industrial Index and Fortune 100 Best Companies.
Paul is now an independent consultant. Most recently, he has worked as an Agile Transformation Coach for Digital Transformation programs in different companies, across gaming, hospitality, fintech, retail and manufacturing industries. He was previously the Director of Program and Service Management for Asia Technology Operations at Nike.
Prior to that, he served as the Head of Strategic Initiatives and covered portfolio, program and project management for Asia Technology Infrastructure Services at Goldman Sachs. He was also an entrepreneur co-founded a startup company in the hospitality & gaming industry. Throughout those years, he had been particularly keen on delivering internal training and coaching to staffs covering portfolio, program, project, risk, service, people management, and agile & digital transformation. Over the years, he has acquired a board range of body of knowledge on both soft skills and technical skills with the certifications below.
Paul is enthusiastic about community building and is currently the president of Macau Project Management Professional Association.

John has over 30 years of Information Technology (IT) experience with his last 18 years in the role as Project Manager and Agile Coach Master. He managed projects of different scale, project size from dozen man-days to hundred man-years, for Government/Public Utilities/FSI sectors. In particular, John proactively adopted SCRUM/Lean/Kanban techniques to problematic projects and successfully turning them from red to green.
He worked for Hong Kong Government Information Technology Service Department’s (renamed as Office of Government Chief Information Officer) Methodology Support team and developed various standards and guidelines for project management and software development life cycle. He conducted trainings to end users at various Government departments/bureaus on system development life cycle, and also provide regular trainings to system managers and analyst/programmers on the Government standards and system analysis/design techniques. He also worked with external consultants to implement and pilot Rapid Application Development method for Hong Kong Government.
On top for agile coaching and project management, John profile also covered roles as quality assurance manager, release manager, resources manager and oversee the operation for offshore development center in mainland china.
Over the course of last 4 years, John worked as Engagement Manager for software vendor to manage implementation of software products using SCRUM for various customers throughout Asia Pacific.
