Paul is now an independent consultant. Paul is an approved SPC Co-Trainer for Implementing SAFe in Q3-2021 and delivered an Implementing SAFe class with Gerald Cadden. He has been the SAFe Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAFe Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) of v4.6 and v5.0, one of the dedicated groups of global SAFe SMEs who contributed in the LPM exam materials. Paul is also a Scaled Agile Framework for Lean Enterprise (SAFe) In-country Reviewer who shares and contributes SAFe knowledge and experience by producing high-quality translations in native languages. Paul delivered 70+ different SAFe trainings with a total number of 650+ attendees.

John has over 30 years of Information Technology (IT) experience with his last 18 years in the role as Project Manager and Agile Coach Master. He managed projects of different scale, project size from dozen man-days to hundred man-years, for Government/Public Utilities/FSI sectors. In particular, John proactively adopted SCRUM/Lean/Kanban techniques to problematic projects and successfully turning them from red to green.
He worked for Hong Kong Government Information Technology Service Department’s (renamed as Office of Government Chief Information Officer) Methodology Support team and developed various standards and guidelines for project management and software development life cycle. He conducted trainings to end users at various Government departments/bureaus on system development life cycle, and also provide regular trainings to system managers and analyst/programmers on the Government standards and system analysis/design techniques. He also worked with external consultants to implement and pilot Rapid Application Development method for Hong Kong Government.
